Four-week diagnostic embedded with basketball ops and analytics. We catalogued every recurring deliverable, traced data sources, and identified the four reports where automation was both feasible and high-leverage.
Build
A live ops layer built on top of their existing data stack. Four AI-generated reports, refreshed continuously, served via a Next.js dashboard. Manual overrides everywhere a human needs to weigh in. Audit trail for every figure.
Adopt
Two-week rollout with daily standups. We embedded with the four heaviest report producers, ran their existing process and the new system in parallel for one week, then cut over.
